How long does a custom Design Lab order take?↓

Typical custom orders ship 4–6 weeks from approval. We will quote a firm date when we send you the production estimate. Rush options available for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?↓

US shipping launches this week. International shipping rolls out in the coming weeks, join the newsletter and we will notify you when your country is supported.

Are your thobes ethically made?↓

Yes. Every workshop we partner with operates under fair-wage standards and we visit our partners regularly. We can share the workshop a specific piece came from on request.

Can I order a wedding party set?↓

Absolutely. Use the Design Lab and note the group size, or email us directly. Discounts apply for orders of 5+ matching pieces.

What if my thobe does not fit?↓

Unworn stock pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Custom Design Lab pieces are final sale unless we made an error in production, in which case we will remake it.
