Stock pieces
Unworn, unwashed stock pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Custom Design Lab orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. If we made an error in production (wrong size, wrong fabric, defect), we will remake the piece at no cost or refund you in full at your choice.
How to start a return
Email info@alamirdesigns.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label (US only) and the address. Once the piece arrives back at our studio in good condition, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it, replacement, repair, or refund. Send a photo if you can; it helps us improve.
