These Terms govern your use of alamirdesigns.com and any purchases you make from Al-Amir Designs (“Al-Amir”, “we”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Hamza will replace these defaults with his attorney-reviewed final version before launch.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Custom Design Lab orders ship within 4–6 weeks of approval unless quoted otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it ships and will refund you in full if we do.
Returns
Unworn stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to a defect or our error. Custom Design Lab pieces are final sale unless we made an error in production, in which case we will remake the piece.
Intellectual property
All content on alamirdesigns.com (text, photography, designs, code) is owned by Al-Amir Designs or our partners. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission. Designs you submit through the Design Lab remain yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them only to fulfill your order, plus optionally to feature them in our Custom Orders Gallery if you opt in.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al-Amir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
